My Sound Baths are a powerful practice designed to help reset and rejuvenate the nervous system through the therapeutic vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, shruti box and a variety of percussion instruments. The soothing frequencies produced during the session engage the body's natural healing processes, calming the mind, reducing stress, and restoring balance to the nervous system. As these harmonious sounds penetrate deep into the body, they encourage the release of tension, promote relaxation, and activate the body's rest and digest state. This practice supports emotional resilience, enhances mental clarity and fosters an overall sense of calm, helping you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your inner peace.
