POLICIES

Payment: Payment in full is expected at the time of your appointment. Cash or Credit Cards accepted.

Cancellations/No-Show/Reschedule: I require a 48 hour cancelation or rescheduling notice or you will be charged the full amount of your massage appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of missed appointment.

Chronic Cancellations: Your access to appointments will be suspended if cancelations become chronic.

Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Sickness: Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infections or contagious illness. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.

Health Forms: You must fill out health forms after you book your appointment and at least 72 hours prior to coming in. Failure to fill out forms will result in appointment cancellation.

Consent to Treat: You will be required give verbal consent to treat when you come in for each appointment.

Appointment Reminders: Text or email reminders are automated and are a courtesy. You are still required to follow cancelation/rescheduling policies whether you receive or open your reminders. Please mark your calendar when you book your appointment.
